Arrived on time, great book!

This is a great book. I will purchase more and hand to family and friends as gifts.

I enjoyed this book and shared it with a friend. They too enjoyed it, and plan on ordering their own copy to make notes in. I love that it has exceptional information about humans and animals. A book I will recommend to many more.

It is good to read these types of books to save on how we eat and have more information about the health of our body. I faithfully believe that making small changes improves our quality of life.
